Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbia City, an IHG Hotel

Very clean very nice room. I got a single king. Bed is very comfortable. Pillows labeled soft or firm embroidered on the case. Nice sofa. Table with a top that lifts . Keurig coffee maker with Green Mountain Nantucket blend coffee. Only downside I see is road is a bit noisy from my room and see through window shade is broken and torn. Obviously to get to the blackout shade behind it.

Excellent Service and Very Clean Hotel ! I do about $16, 000 a year in stays all throughout the country and this Holiday Inn Experience has far surpassed even my Very High Expectations. The owners and their employees here at this particular location have made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable that I almost feel a bit sad that I have to return home. The hospitality From the Front Desk at Check-In , to the Very Helpful Cleaning Staff daily asking if I needed anything in my room at all. There is Free Laundry facility and Hot Breakfast Free every morning weekdays and weekends alike. To say this is anything less than a Five-Star hotel is being dishonest to say the least. For what it is, this is a fine hotel. Clean rooms, attentive staff, good breakfast, convenient location. No, it's not a fancy, five-star hotel, but you're getting quality accommodation at a reasonable price.

This was a great stay! All wait staff were phenomenal! Room was clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and the shower water was hot! I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was stocked well, but I only ate a banana, so I can’t speak on the cooking but the coffee was great!

We love IHG hotels, but this one fell a bit flat. For the price, there’s a certain level of quality we expect from Holiday Inn, as opposed to an Extended Stay America or something similar. Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t have any towels in the pool area, the pool was freezing, the coffee maker in the room wasn’t stocked, and the key card readers on the side doors didn’t work. On a lighter note, the staff was all very friendly, the rooms and common areas were spotless, and the bathroom was well stocked!

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.

After reading several not so good reviews my husband and I were hesitant to stay. Knowing that all people see things differently, we decided to try it regardless. We were pleasantly surprised. The check-in staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, nice bed, plenty of room. Bathroom was clean with good lighting. Pump dispensers all worked well. Water pressure and hot water were both fine. We did not eat breakfast or use the pool so no comments on those 2 areas. Would stay again and recommend it to others looking for a hotel in this area.
